There is no lift in the building, so access for wheelchair and pushchair is limited to the ground floor rooms. A DVD virtual tour is available in reception area showing the upper floor.
Carers
If you will be visiting with a carer, they will be admitted to the museum free of charge.
Assistance dogs
Assistance dogs are very welcome. Ask for a bowl of water at the reception desk.
People with impaired sight or hearing
If you would like access information in large print email us at yarmouth.museums@norfolk.gov.uk or call 01493 743943.
Toilets
A toilet is available on the ground floor, however it is not large enough to accommodate a wheelchair.
